Cookie, Analytics & Advertising Notice for Zivazi — India

1. Introduction
This Cookie, Analytics & Advertising Notice explains how Zivazi uses cookies, similar technologies, device information, analytics technologies and advertising services when you use the Zivazi application ("App") and related services.
Zivazi is operated by Suntech Software Solutions Ltd ("Zivazi", "we", "us", or "our").
Zivazi is provided in India by Suntech Software Solutions Ltd, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom. Zivazi does not currently have a separate establishment or group company in India.
Because Zivazi is primarily an application-based service, some of the technologies described in this Notice operate within the App rather than through traditional website cookies.
This Notice should be read together with the Zivazi Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and other applicable privacy notices.
2. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?
Cookies are small files or pieces of information that may be stored on a device when a website is accessed.

The availability and presentation of advertisements may change over time.
7. Non-Personalised Advertising
At the time of this Notice, Zivazi intends to use non-personalised advertising rather than personalised or interest-based advertising.
Non-personalised advertisements are generally selected using contextual or other limited information rather than a user's personal interests or behaviour across services.
This does not mean that no technical information is processed.

8. Google AdMob
Zivazi uses, or may in future use, Google AdMob to provide advertisements. Where advertising is enabled and consent is required by applicable law, the AdMob advertising SDK is initialised only after that consent is obtained.
AdMob is operated by Google.
Google may process certain information from your device in connection with advertising, depending on the configuration of the App, your device and applicable settings.
This may include information such as device information, advertising identifiers, IP address and information relating to advertising requests.
Zivazi does not currently intend to use AdMob to provide personalised or targeted advertising.
However, third-party services may change their technologies, processing practices or requirements. We may therefore update this Notice when necessary.
9. Advertising Identifiers
Mobile operating systems may provide advertising identifiers or similar identifiers.
Depending on your device and operating-system settings, you may be able to reset, restrict or limit the use of advertising identifiers.
