User Content & Intellectual Property Policy for Zivazi — India

Effective Date 03-Sep-2026
1. Purpose
This User Content & Intellectual Property Policy ("Policy") explains how content uploaded, submitted or shared by users through Zivazi is treated, the rights users retain in their content, the limited permissions granted to Zivazi to operate the Service, and the rules concerning intellectual property.
Zivazi is operated by Suntech Software Solutions Ltd ("Zivazi", "we", "us", or "our").
Zivazi is provided in India by Suntech Software Solutions Ltd, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom. Zivazi does not currently have a separate establishment or group company in India.
This Policy forms part of the terms governing your use of the Zivazi application ("App" or "Service").
2. What Is User Content?
"User Content" means information, material or content that you upload, submit, transmit or otherwise make available through Zivazi.
This may include:
User Content does not include Zivazi's software, technology, algorithms, trademarks, branding, interface, databases, systems or other intellectual property owned or licensed by Zivazi.
3. Ownership of Your Content
You generally retain ownership of intellectual property rights that you lawfully hold in your User Content.
Uploading content to Zivazi does not, by itself, transfer ownership of that content to Zivazi.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and share the content you provide through the Service.
4. Licence to Zivazi
In order to operate Zivazi and provide its features, you grant Zivazi a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display and otherwise use your User Content to the extent reasonably necessary to:
This licence is intended to enable Zivazi to provide the Service and does not give Zivazi ownership of your User Content.
5. User-Controlled Access
Zivazi provides users with controls over who may access certain profile resources.
Depending on the features available to the user, access settings may apply separately to:
Users may configure applicable resources to allow access to:
6. Connected Access
Where a user selects Connected access for a resource, access may be provided to users who have become connected in accordance with the functionality of the App.
For example, where a user configures chat and video calls as available to connected users:
The availability and operation of these controls may change as Zivazi develops the Service.
7. Controlled Access
Zivazi may provide a Controlled Access feature designed as an additional privacy and safety measure.
Controlled Access is currently available only to women.
Where Controlled Access is enabled for a particular resource, another user must request access to that resource.
The user controlling the resource may decide whether to grant or refuse access.
Access may be controlled separately for different resources.
For example, a user may allow another person to access chat but refuse access to video calls.
The user may subsequently change or revoke access in accordance with the functionality available in the App.
8. No Guarantee of Privacy After Access Is Granted
Although Zivazi provides access controls, no online service can guarantee that a recipient will not copy, photograph, screenshot, record, reproduce or otherwise capture content that they are able to view.
Users must not:
Zivazi does not record or store the content of ordinary one-to-one video calls conducted through its WebRTC functionality.
However, users may potentially capture content using device features, another device, screen-recording software or other methods outside Zivazi's control.
9. Your Responsibility for User Content
You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload or share.
You must ensure that your User Content:

Except where expressly permitted by Zivazi or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, license or commercially exploit Zivazi's intellectual property.
13. Matching Technology and Proprietary Systems
Zivazi uses technology and algorithms to support matching and recommendations.
The specific operation, logic, weighting, technical implementation and other details of Zivazi's matching systems may constitute confidential or proprietary information and may be treated as trade secrets or other protected intellectual property.
Nothing in this Policy grants you a right to obtain or reproduce those systems.
14. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints
If you believe that content available through Zivazi infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may contact us at:
Please provide sufficient information for us to understand the complaint, including where reasonably possible:
We may request additional information where necessary.
15. Review of Reported Content
When Zivazi receives a report concerning User Content, we may review the report and information available to us.

We may also preserve relevant information where reasonably necessary for safety, legal or security purposes.
16. User Reports
Users can report inappropriate content or behaviour through the reporting functionality provided by the App.
Reports may be reviewed manually by Zivazi personnel.
Information associated with a report may be used to investigate the matter and determine whether action is appropriate.
Further information is provided in the Zivazi Grievance Redressal & User Complaints Policy.
17. Removal of Content
Zivazi may remove, restrict or disable access to User Content where we reasonably believe that:
We may take action without prior notice where necessary to protect users, the Service or our legal interests.

When you delete your account or remove User Content, we may remove or restrict the content from active systems within a reasonable period.
However, some information or content may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required, including for:
Retention is subject to the Zivazi Privacy Policy and applicable law.
19. Content Access by Other Users
When you make User Content available through Zivazi, other users may be able to access it depending on:
You should carefully consider what you upload and who you permit to access it.
20. Private Communications
Messages and other private interactions should not be treated as public content.
Users must respect the privacy of other users and must not distribute or publish another person's private communications without appropriate permission or lawful justification.
Zivazi may access or process relevant information where reasonably necessary for:
21. Video Calls
Zivazi provides one-to-one video calling functionality.
Zivazi does not ordinarily record or store the content of video calls.
Users must not record, capture or distribute another person's video call without appropriate consent or lawful justification.
Because users may use devices or software outside Zivazi's control to capture video calls, Zivazi cannot guarantee that a video call cannot be recorded by another participant.
If you believe another user has improperly recorded or distributed your interaction, you should report the matter to Zivazi and, where appropriate, to the relevant authorities.
22. Content and Account Termination
If your account is suspended or terminated, your right to access and use your User Content through Zivazi may also be suspended or terminated.
Where appropriate, we may retain relevant information after termination for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
Termination does not automatically transfer ownership of your content to Zivazi.
23. Third-Party Rights
You must not upload content that infringes the rights of another person or organisation.
This includes, where applicable:
You are responsible for obtaining any permissions required before uploading such content.
24. No Endorsement of User Content
Zivazi does not necessarily endorse, verify or approve User Content.
User profiles and communications represent the views and actions of the relevant users and not necessarily those of Zivazi.
You should exercise appropriate caution when interacting with other users.
25. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect:
