2. Adults Only
Zivazi is strictly for users aged 18 years and over.
When you register you must provide a date of birth indicating that you are at least 18 years old. Age is self-declared; Zivazi does not currently carry out identity or age verification for users in India. See the Age Eligibility Notice.
You must not:
- Create an account if you are under 18
- Provide a false date of birth or misrepresent your age
- Allow a person under 18 to use your account
- Create an account on behalf of a person under 18
If we become aware, or reasonably believe, that an account belongs to a person under 18, we will stop processing that user's personal data for the Service, restrict or terminate the account, and delete the associated personal data except where retention is required or permitted by law.
3. Be Respectful
Zivazi is intended to provide a respectful environment for adults to meet one another.
You must treat other users with respect.
You must not:

- Repeatedly contact someone who has indicated that they do not wish to communicate
- Deliberately humiliate or degrade another person

You must not use Zivazi to:
- Threaten violence
- Encourage violence against another person
- Plan or facilitate violent activity
- Intimidate another person with threats of harm
- Encourage another user to harm themselves or another person
We may take immediate action where we reasonably believe there is a serious safety risk.
Where appropriate or legally required, we may refer matters to relevant authorities.
6. Fraud, Scams and Financial Exploitation
You must not use Zivazi to commit or facilitate fraud or financial exploitation.
This includes:

- Other unlawful conduct
We may remove content, restrict accounts or take other appropriate action where we reasonably believe these Guidelines or applicable law have been violated.
9. Sexual Content and Consent
Zivazi is an adult dating service, but being an adult dating service does not mean that users have consent to receive sexual content or sexual communications.
You must respect the boundaries and consent of other users.
You must not:
- Send unwanted sexually explicit material
- Pressure another user to provide intimate photographs or videos
- Pressure another user to engage in sexual activity
- Threaten to distribute intimate material
- Distribute another person's intimate material without appropriate consent
- Use intimate material for blackmail or coercion
- Continue sexual communications after another user has asked you to stop
Consent to communicate, connect or video call does not automatically mean consent to sexual activity or to the recording or distribution of private interactions.

Any sexual content involving a person under 18 is prohibited.
Users must not:
- Request sexual photographs or videos from anyone under 18
- Send sexual material to anyone under 18

We will also restrict or terminate the accounts involved.
11. Privacy and Personal Information
You should respect the privacy of other users.
You must not use Zivazi to obtain, publish, sell or distribute another person's personal information without appropriate permission or lawful justification.
This includes information such as:
- Home address
- Private telephone number
- Private email address
- Financial information
- Government identification documents
- Passwords
- Authentication codes
- Private photographs
- Private videos
- Other sensitive personal information
Do not pressure another user to disclose information they do not wish to share.
12. Recording, Screenshots and Reproduction
Zivazi currently provides one-to-one video calls using WebRTC and does not record video calls.
However, Zivazi cannot technically prevent a participant from:
- Taking a screenshot
- Photographing the screen using another device
- Recording a screen using another device or software
- Otherwise reproducing information that they can see or hear
Users must respect the privacy of other participants.
You must not record, reproduce or distribute another person's private interaction without appropriate consent or where otherwise prohibited by law.
Using another device to bypass technical limitations does not make an otherwise prohibited recording or distribution acceptable.
13. Photos and Videos
Users are responsible for photographs and videos they upload or share through Zivazi.
You must not upload or share content that:
- Belongs to another person without permission
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Is unlawful
- Is threatening or abusive
- Contains child sexual abuse material
- Contains non-consensual intimate material
- Is used for fraud or impersonation
- Otherwise violates these Guidelines
You should only upload photographs and videos that you have the right to use.

You must not use Zivazi to infringe the intellectual property rights of another person or organisation.
This includes unauthorised use or distribution of:
- Copyrighted photographs
- Videos
- Music
- Written material
- Trademarks
- Other protected material
If you believe content on Zivazi infringes your rights, please contact us at:
Email: support@zivazi.com
15. Spam and Commercial Activity
Unless expressly authorised by Zivazi, you must not use the Service to:
- Send spam
- Mass-message users
- Promote unrelated businesses
- Advertise products or services
- Distribute promotional links

- Conduct denial-of-service attacks

- Reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law
- Attempt to access another user's account or private resources without authorisation
Security vulnerabilities should be reported to Zivazi rather than exploited.
17. Circumventing Access Controls
Zivazi provides users with granular privacy controls.
Depending on the resource and the profile owner's settings, access may require:
- No additional approval
- A connection request and acceptance
- An individual access request and approval
You must not attempt to bypass these controls.
This includes attempting to:
- Access private chats without permission
- Access private video calls without permission
- Access restricted photographs or videos without permission
- Use another person's account
- Exploit technical vulnerabilities
- Circumvent a rejection or revoked permission
18. Women's Controlled Access Safety Feature
Zivazi provides a Controlled Access feature to women as an additional privacy and safety measure.
Where Controlled Access is enabled, the profile owner can decide individually whether a particular user may access selected resources.
These resources may include:
- Chat
- Video calls
- Photographs
- Videos
A user must respect the individual permissions selected by the profile owner.
A permission to access one resource does not necessarily provide permission to access another resource.
For example, a user may be permitted to chat but not to make video calls.
The profile owner may change or revoke permissions.
19. Blocking
Zivazi provides blocking functionality.
Users may block another user where they no longer wish to interact with that person.
Users must not attempt to circumvent a block by:
- Creating another account
- Using another account to contact the person
- Asking another user to act on their behalf
- Using technical methods to bypass the block
Blocking is an important safety tool and users are encouraged to use it whenever appropriate.
20. Reporting
If you believe another user has violated these Guidelines, you can report that user through the reporting functionality provided in the App.
Reports may relate to matters including:
- Harassment
- Fraud
- Impersonation
- Threats
- Unwanted sexual content
- Illegal activity
- Privacy violations
- Misuse of photographs or videos
- Attempts to circumvent access controls
- Other inappropriate behaviour
Reports are currently reviewed manually by Zivazi.
A report may result in:
- No action
- A warning
- Removal or restriction of content
- Restriction of certain features
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Referral to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate
The action taken will depend on the circumstances and information available to us.
21. False or Malicious Reports
Users must not knowingly submit false reports for the purpose of:
- Harassing another user
- Retaliating against another user
- Causing an account to be suspended
- Manipulating the Service
- Obtaining an unfair advantage
Submitting a report in good faith will not itself result in action against the reporting user simply because the report cannot be substantiated.
22. Enforcement
Zivazi reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Guidelines.
Depending on the circumstances, we may:
- Issue a warning
- Remove or restrict content
- Restrict access to particular features
- Restrict communications
- Restrict access to another user's resources
- Temporarily suspend an account
- Permanently terminate an account
- Prevent the creation of new accounts
- Preserve relevant information where appropriate
- Cooperate with lawful investigations
- Take other action permitted by applicable law
We may take immediate action where necessary to protect users, the Service or the public.
23. No Guarantee of User Safety
Although Zivazi provides reporting, blocking and privacy controls, no online dating service can guarantee the safety, identity or conduct of every user.
Zivazi does not verify the identity or age of users.
Users should exercise reasonable caution when interacting with people they meet through the Service.
24. Safety Recommendations
We encourage users to:
- Keep conversations within Zivazi while getting to know someone
- Use Zivazi's video-call functionality before meeting someone offline
- Avoid sharing financial information
- Never send money to someone you have met online solely because they ask
- Avoid sharing your home address too early
- Use blocking and reporting tools when appropriate
- Meet in a public place if you decide to meet offline
- Tell a trusted person about an offline meeting
- Trust your instincts and stop communicating if you feel uncomfortable
25. Emergency Situations
Zivazi is not an emergency-response service.
If you believe that you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services or law-enforcement authorities in your location.
Do not rely solely on reporting through Zivazi where immediate intervention is required.
26. Changes to These Guidelines
We may update these Guidelines from time to time to reflect:
- Changes to the Service
- New safety features
- Changes in applicable law
- New types of abuse or misuse
- Changes to our enforcement practices
Where material changes are made, we may notify users through the App, email, in-app notifications or another appropriate method.
