Zivazi is an adults-only dating application operated by Suntech Software Solutions Ltd ("Zivazi", "we", "us", or "our").

Zivazi is provided in India by Suntech Software Solutions Ltd, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom. Zivazi does not currently have a separate establishment or group company in India.

This Age Eligibility Notice explains the age requirement for using Zivazi in India, how that requirement is applied, and what happens if we believe an account belongs to a person under 18.

This Notice should be read together with the Zivazi Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use & Safety Policy, and Grievance Redressal & User Complaints Policy.

Zivazi is intended only for individuals aged 18 years or over.

When you register, you provide your date of birth. Your date of birth must indicate that you are at least 18 years old. If it does not, you cannot create an account.

Age is self-declared at registration.

Zivazi does not currently require users in India to:

• Submit a government-issued identity document
• Submit a photograph such as a selfie for identity or age verification
• Undergo identity verification
• Undergo a criminal background check

Age verification is not mandatory in India and is not currently enforced by Zivazi.

We may introduce an identity or age-verification step in the future — for example, a document check, a selfie check, or a third-party verification service.

If we do, we will update this Notice and the Privacy Policy, and provide any information required, before that processing begins.

You must:

• Provide an accurate date of birth
• Not misrepresent your age
• Not create or maintain an account if you are under 18
• Not create an account on behalf of, or allow your account to be used by, a person under 18

Providing a false date of birth, or helping a person under 18 to use Zivazi, is a breach of the Terms and Conditions and the Community Guidelines.

If we become aware, or reasonably believe, that a user is under 18, we will:

• Stop processing that user's personal data for the Service
• Restrict or terminate the account
• Delete the associated personal data, except where limited retention is required or permitted by applicable law (for example, to comply with a legal obligation, to report unlawful content, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims)

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, a person under the age of 18 is a child. Zivazi is not directed at children, does not knowingly process a child's personal data, and does not direct advertising, tracking or behavioural monitoring at children.

If you believe a user is under 18, please report the account using the in-app reporting function, or contact us at support@zivazi.com.

Reports about suspected under-18 users are treated as a priority. See the Grievance Redressal & User Complaints Policy for how reports are handled.

Any suspected child sexual abuse material or child exploitation will be reported to the authorities as described in the Grievance Redressal & User Complaints Policy and the Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use & Safety Policy.

We may update this Notice from time to time. If we make material changes — in particular if we introduce identity or age verification — we will notify users through the App, email, or another appropriate method, and update the Effective Date.

This Notice supplements the Zivazi Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy contains further information about how personal data is processed, shared, retained and protected, and about your rights.

If there is any inconsistency between this Notice and the Privacy Policy, the more specific provisions concerning age eligibility should be read together with the requirements of applicable law.
