Deleting your Zivazi account
You can delete your Zivazi account at any time, right from the app.
How to delete your account
- Open the Zivazi app and log in.
- Open the menu and tap Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Tap Delete to confirm.
What happens when you delete your account
- Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no grace period and it cannot be undone.
- Your profile, photos, video, messages and connections are no longer visible to anyone on Zivazi.
- You will not receive a confirmation email.
- You will not be able to log in again with the same email address, and it cannot be used to register a new account. To use Zivazi again, register with a different email address.
Information we may keep
Some information may be kept for a limited period where it is needed for legal, safety, security or fraud prevention reasons. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.
Can't access the app?
Email us at support@zivazi.com from the email address registered to your Zivazi account and ask us to delete your account. We may contact you to confirm the request before we process it.
